Anna Caldwell

  • Anna has been practicing and studying various forms of yoga—including Hatha, Kundalini, Vinyasa, and Yin—as well as the healing art of sound therapy for nearly a decade. Her passion lies in how sound enhances meditation and yoga practices, supporting deeper states of awareness, nervous system regulation, and emotional healing.

    Anna has also taught Yin Yoga teacher trainings, specializing in the intersection of yoga, the brain, and neuroplasticity. Her work is rooted in helping people slow down, reconnect with the subtle realms of their body, and cultivate greater presence and self-connection.

    During her teaching, Anna spent nearly 10 years working as an international guide, leading cycling, hiking, yoga, and adventure trips across Spain, South America and Asia. Katrin Delorme - Yokati

  • Yokati – A Space for Sound, Movement, and Inner Connection

    I’m Katrin Delorme, founder of Yokati – a heartfelt project born from my deep belief:
    Silence, movement, and sound are powerful tools to reconnect with ourselves.

    My journey began in 2013 with a yoga teacher training in Hamburg. What started as a personal search has evolved into a path of deep inner work, healing, and conscious presence. Since then, I have trained in Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Kundalini Global, and various sound healing methods – each one has guided me deeper into myself and my work.

    Today, I share my experiences in regular Kundalini Global yoga classes, weekly sound baths, and retreats. My focus is on creating spaces where people can slow down, release, and reconnect with their inner strength.

    I now live in Mallorca, where I offer private sound bath sessions and host my special event: “Gong and Soup” – a 60-minute sound journey followed by a lovingly prepared, nourishing soup. These evenings are an invitation to connect – with yourself, with others, and with nature.
