Eva: Astro-Herbalism, Forest Bathing & Healing with the Earth

From the mountains of Chiapas to the Tramuntana Mountains, Eva's path is guided by a deep connection to the plant world. Trained in traditional Mayan herbalism, natural and alternative medicine in France (IMDERPLAM) and in combining spirituality and science at Evolutionary Herbalism (USA), Eva has developed a unique approach in which plants, astrology and intuition work together to balance body and soul.
Her consultations in astro-herbalism go beyond traditional herbal medicine: using a combination of birth charts, health questionnaires and energetic perception, she creates individual formulas that harmonize inner cycles and natural rhythms. Whether ointments, tinctures, hydrolates or infusions - each preparation is created with deep intention, in harmony with ancient knowledge and natural medicine.
In her garden in the Tramuntana mountains, she uses both wild and cultivated plants - each medicinal preparation comes from a place that has been cultivated with care.
She also offers forest bathing - guided nature experiences that she accompanies privately or in small groups of up to ten people. Through the sensory connection with the environment, these encounters help to release tension, calm the mind and open the heart to the healing energy of the forest.
Eva offers not only healing, but also a space to reconnect with the rhythms of the earth and the cosmos - a reminder that true wellbeing comes when we learn to listen to the wisdom of nature and our own being.
