  • I am Irina - a tireless explorer.

    Even as a child, various experiences made me question the world around me. I studied law and notary work in the hope of finding my calling, but I soon realized that wasn't enough. One day I asked myself the question: "Where am I really going?" This question made me rethink my life - driven by my three children, who are an essential part of my inner drive.

    Yoga, NLP and Breathwork have fundamentally changed my perception of the world and my conscious life. Today I am living my dream - on the beach with my family, conscious and fulfilled, and helping others to do the same. My biggest motto is exploration and guidance, and my mission is to pass on the tools that have helped me so that others can find their own way and live a fulfilled life.

    In each session, we open the door to ourselves together, step by step. Whether it's about the body, well-being, change, peace, happiness or harmony - or simply about stepping off the endless hamster wheel for a moment and connecting with your own needs. Even if you don't know what you need at the beginning, you will feel it at the end of the session - the feeling of how good it was. And I am there to accompany you - in your process, your experience, your search, your path, your journey, your healing. A safe space where you can feel held, understood and in good hands.

    Ich bin hier, um dir zu helfen, Emotionen zu verarbeiten, stagnierende Energie zu lösen und limitierende Glaubenssätze loszulassen.

    Es gibt eine Version von mir vor Innerdance – und eine danach. Diese Praxis hat mich aufgebrochen und mir geholfen, ein Leben jenseits der kleinen Box zu führen, in die ich mich zuvor gezwängt habe. Seit meiner Ausbildung zur Innerdance-Facilitatorin im Jahr 2023 habe ich über 200 Klient:innen durch tiefe emotionale und spirituelle Heilungsprozesse begleitet – in Schweden, Spanien und online.

    In meinen Sessions und Programmen verbinde ich Innerdance mit Breathwork, Gedankenarbeit, Meditation, Schüttelübungen und Sound Healing. Körper, Geist und Seele – kein Teil bleibt zurück. Ob du dich im Leben festgefahren fühlst, durch einen Herzschmerz gehst oder einfach neugierig bist, veränderte Bewusstseinszustände zu erforschen – du bist herzlich willkommen. Der Raum, den ich halte, ist immer warm und intuitiv.

    Ich bin zertifiziert, traumasensibel und biete 1:1-Sitzungen, Gruppenreisen, Online-Programme und Retreats an.

    Was ist Innerdance?

    Innerdance wurzelt in der philippinischen schamanischen Babaylan-Tradition und ist kein Tanz im herkömmlichen Sinne – sondern eine aktive Meditation und Klangreise. Durch das Erreichen unterschiedlicher Gehirnwellenfrequenzen und die Aktivierung des Nervensystems kann Innerdance dabei helfen, emotionale Altlasten loszulassen, limitierende Glaubenssätze umzuprogrammieren und dein Bewusstsein zu erweitern. Jede Session ist einzigartig. Emotionale Entladungen, spontane Bewegungen, Visionen, Zeitreisen und nonduale Zustände – all das kann entstehen. Als Facilitatorin halte ich einfach den Raum und lasse deine eigene kreative Lebensenergie den Weg weisen.
